New Photo Art Forum

I just wanted to let everyone know that RetouchPRO recently added a new
forum for the discussion of various Photo-Art techniques. This is in
addition to our existing forums on retouching, restoration, and photo
manipulation.

We also added a new Photo Art Challenge, where everyone starts with the
same photo and shows how creative they can be.
