1. PhotoShop's seamless tile tool is marginal at best for all but very
repetitive patterns, where it performs relatively well. There are
better tools for this.

2. I have not seen this one happening. Are you sure this is happening
at the pixel level? It sounds like a screen problem (the appearance of
a problem) rather than a real problem.

I've had the exact same text problem in PS5.... uneven spacing.  Had to individually
move letters to even them out.  I've reinstalled PS4 for projects where text is
needed.  A real shame, because I like the new text editing in PS5.  I hope they do
something about it someday.
