It appears that BATFE is actually compiling a national gun
registration database. Not only that, foreign governments and
police agencies now have access to this information.
We recently received a document from an individual who has done a
great deal of investigation into the computerization of BATFE
records. We recommend that you immediately read our open letter of
inquiry to the BATFE Acting Director, and draw your own

It appears? It appears? I knew 10 years ago that the BATFE is
compiling a national gun registration database. Long story short, I
applied for a FFL and was denied because of a criminal record that
said I was a wife beater. Well guess what? I'm not a wife beater, and
was able to prove the mistaken identity. While straightening out this
mess, I talked with an agent of the FBI that researched this type of
mistaken identity. This female agent was able to tell me every firearm
I had bought starting with the most recent, back to the very first
shotgun I bought as a teen age kid. They knew this 10 years ago.
Imagine what they know now!

loophole.
