NEWARK, N.J. - A judge in New Jersey has denied bail to a blogger charged
with threatening to assault or murder three Chicago-based federal judges
who refused to overturn handgun bans.
Hal Turner, 47, appeared in federal court Thursday. The 47-year-old
Turner was arrested Wednesday at his northern New Jersey home.
The charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years.
Turner is accused of posting statements on his Web site calling for the
murder of three federal appeals court judges in Chicago who recently
upheld bans on handguns in Chicago and a suburb.
"Let me be the first to say this plainly: these Judges deserve to be
killed." He included their pictures, phone numbers, work address and room
numbers along with a photo of the courthouse in which they work and a map
of its location, the FBI says.
"We take threats to federal judges very seriously. Period," said Patrick
Fitzgerald, the U.S. attorney in Chicago.

is supposed to get bail. Sometimes they don't as in a murder case but
this piddling "crime" has a max sentence of only 10 years.!! IMO,

Sorry kook, I have googled and I don't find any place where I defended
Michael Reagan for his remarks.
Indeed if I do look at this incident I see that Mark Dice and other 9/11
truthers whined and reported it to the FBI, FCC and various other
places. Further it looks like Mark Dice was a guest on Michael Reagan's
show following on from the remarks suggesting some sort of discourse and
resolution to the matter. Furthermore, Mark Dice is a private citizen
and therefore covered by different laws than a government official.
I'd also note that while Mark Dice's remarks may have been threatening
and in bad taste they didn't go so far as to:
1. State 3 federal judges deserve to be killed for upholding a handgun ban.
2. Cite past example where a judge's family were killed "as a lesson"
3. Post photographs of judges and maps / addresses to places of work
4. Promise to follow up with with home addresses and maps.
5. Prior incidents of stating judges should swing
6. Bragged that a previously blogged judge's family were killed after
one of his posts

and commit murder for the antichrist Ersatz jews, and then some of them
begin to feel guilty about it. The ZOG pigs call this guilt "p.t.s.d."
Which like all things ZOG is total bullshit. Because what the ZOG pig
"US/IDF/UK" and so forth uniformed or suited or plain clothes murderers
for hire military and police and courts and judges and lawyers and all
them are guilty of, murder, theft, lies, and so forth, it is that guilt
which attaches itself to their souls and they can't get away from it.
Guilt doesn't "wash off." As much as the guilty ZOG pigs try to wash
it off with their "hail maries" and "wailing walls" and "jeezus saves"
and all that delusional antichrist bullshit, their guilt never comes off
and follows them into their dark and terrifying graves in Hell's
terribly hot and dry flames. Thirsting but never getting even one drop
of water to their parched and burning tongues. That's the real fate of
all sinners. So the antichrists invented their antichrist religions in
order to deceive themselves and all of the their brainwashed followers
into believing a lie. That there is some magical roundabout way of
getting into Heaven without following Christ. But I tell you this.
Anyone that does not always and very carefully and faithfully and in
fact and in truth and in everything they do follow Christ, that one is
antichrist. And antichrists are never allowed to pass through the
narrow gates that lead into Heaven. But are dragged down into Hell
to be punished, until their time comes for even further punishments in
the infernal world. That is the real and horrible fate of all sinners.
Hell fire and brimstone. And the worse they sinned in life, the worse
their punishments in death. Never let any of the antichrist religious
fanatics convince you otherwise. Because they are all liars. And the
way you can tell that they're all liars and antichrists is because they
all call Christ a liar. And Christ never lies. Ever.
When Ersatz christians claim to be "saved"(tm), I ask them if you're
so "saved" and all, then what in the Hell are you doing down here in
this infernal world so far below Heaven that is ruled by the genocidal
antichrist Ersatz jews, Ersatz christians, Ersatz moslems, and so forth?
If you're so "saved," what are you doing down here in this living Hell
that is ruled by the Satanists? Ask the Ersatz christians that question
and they will not know what to say or how to answer. Because it exposes
them for the Ersatz christians and guilty sinners that they all are.

so forth are guilty of. Everyone wants some sort of "justice" against
other guilty parties but they don't want to sacrifice themselves and

justice against all of the ZOG pigs. Singling out a few filthy greedy
arrogant ZOG pig so called "judges" and "lawyers" and "politicians" and
so forth is of no use to anyone. Because every antichrist in the world
must die. The Bible, and I would assume the Koran and other holy books,
explains the reason for this. That people who commit sins against God
and crimes against humanity must die and pay for their sins and their
crimes and their hypocrisy and their filth and their lack of compassion
for their fellow man in the flames of Hell. Not just in the Hell that
follows death for sinners. But afterwards in the Hell of this infernal
world that is as far below Heaven as the distance from Earth to Pluto.
This is only facing the harsh reality of life and of all existence,
which is the complete opposite of "denial," "nihilism," "pessimism,"
and so forth. The antichrist ZOG is not going to be "replaced" with
anything. This world is only going to die and perish in flames and be
completely removed and erased and wiped off the face of the earth. The
whole human race, or very close to it, shall die. Because Christ said
there will be a tiny number of "goy" survivors to carry on the human
race after the end of world war three. Which Christ said will be the
time of the worst hardship and war and strife and turmoil and trouble
and tribulation and death and decay and everything ever to come down
from Heaven against the antichrists, the false/Ersatz human race. And
Christ never lies. Ever. And so you know it is going to happen and
that there is nothing that anyone born crying and struggling and dying
down here in this horrible infernal world far removed from Heaven and

stop it. Death is coming. And the Hell that follows with it.
And all the Ersatz christians and Ersatz moslems and Ersatz jews and

atheist human beings of this world are going to die and are going to
find themselves on the wrong side of the gates of the real city of Zion
trapped in the darkness and terror and judgment that waits for them to
surrender and accept the inevitable punishment that they deserve. And
it is this guilt which punishes them. And they are all guilty. All of
them. None are guiltless except for Christ King of the Jews and all of
his true followers that are already in Heaven. And they have been
there for a long time. This is how you know that there are no real
Jews or real Christians or real Moslems or any real Human beings down
here in the world below. Not one. Because all people living down here
are born in sin and are Godless and corrupt and evil and atheist from
the moment they draw their first breath until the moment they exhale
their last. This world is damned. And all born here are damned.
This whole world is evil and antichrist and corrupt and Godless and
atheist and that is why all antichrists are going to be completely
destroyed by the almighty hand of God. Only a few "elect goys" are
going to be permitted to survive. And every trace, every evidence that
this evil world ever even existed, is going to be completely erased and
wiped off the face of the earth. So much and so thoroughly and so
completely that the new generations of "goys" that reinhabit the new
earth will not even know that the jewish problem ever existed.
AFAIK, it will be the ZOG "US" military that finally pulls their

When you see the glorious mushroom cloud over the AIPAC/Knesset west
