The lawyer issue is a real problem. Most defense lawyers are loath to tell a jury about jury nullification because judges get mad and lawyers know they'll never win a case again in that courtroom if the judge hates them.
So if you're on a jury, don't wait for the defense lawyer to bring up the issue of nullification cause he likely won't.
