"GUN RIGHTS" EXTREMISTS PUT OUR COMMUNITIES -- AND OUR POLITICAL SYSTEM --

Dear Bob,
The NRA's leader Wayne LaPierre shouted, "The guys with the guns make the
rules," to a conservative gathering earlier in the year.
It is frightening that we are now witnessing the "logical" response to that
statement.
Gun-toting demonstrators are showing up at town hall meetings, rallies and
Presidential events to intimidate opponents, stretch law enforcement
resources, and bully our elected officials ... but it's bullying with
potentially deadly consequences.
This is important: Your support of $50 or more would go a long way to
getting the word out to the media and to the public that something very
serious is happening in our country right now.
We are on the phones constantly to get our message out: our elected
officials and the public should not be complacent about these tactics of
intimidation. Our leaders must stand up to the gun lobby.
