I'm fortunate enough to live close enough to Great Lakes Distilery so
a lot of what I actually drink is theirs. I'm in their tasting room
usually weekly, and the bartenders are phenomenally creative. Willet's
been doing some nice, whiskey-ish things that appeal. And I'm a big fan
of Suntory's Yamazaki 12-year.
