Hello. Now that the politeness is out of the way... DO NOT crosspost

One last thing. I'm now off to chat with your sysadmin and postmaster

Okay, let's make this nasty pit-sniffer public. Maybe Gordon won't want to
play after having his IP-PEE exposed in public *AND* getting a good SMAQ!

I'm not playing. I just thought you might like some
of the pictures.* Maybe you should take a look before
flying off the handle -- on the other hand, flying off
the handle may be your thing. You've certainly posted
a lot more about this than I have. You can skip the
flammage; this will be my last post on the subject. My
profoundest apologies to anyone who felt injured by my
previous posting.

X,
There's probably no point smacking someone who has no intention of
reading the fact, esp a site advertiser. IMO a better tactic would have
been a polite letter pointing them to a.g.announce.

All very fine and well, but I'm still eluded to why. It was crossposted to
several groups, and was on-topic for all the artists groups and sort of on-topic
for alt.gothic... The two pictures from "Unknown artists" although the only
gothy thing about them was the skulls head portrayal at the bottom. I do like
the idea of their source - taken from the remains of a burnt out rock club
(nightclub/venue) where only one wall and the pictures survived.. But I think
keeping the graffiti fount on them may have added to the pieces. Some of the
other artwork there is also reasonably good (some of it's crappy). I did like
the flaming buffalo (Buffalo Dawn) by Melanie Hickerson and the No Title one
from Frances McCool. Although the web site does show some commercial interest in
the project (ie some of the works are for sale etc)... I thought it was a pretty
decent collection of artwork from various people.
