[C15] Convergence 15 Official Call for Vendors!

announcements from me instead... so here goes...

Calling all vendors!

Vending space for Convergence 15 in Long Beach is now available.

We have been fortunate enough to acquire The Britannia Salon for our
vendors. This 7,500 square foot room was originally the Second-Class
Lounge and features original artwork, exotic woods and leather wall
coverings. As you walk into the salon on either side, you enter a
large foyer area with the main portion of the room set off by “reverse
partitions” – creating a room within a room type of setup.

There are two price tiers for vending space, based on location in the
vendor’s room. Please see room diagram for the layout.

OUTER ROOM (Foyers)
- $200 per table per day
- approximately 8’ x 8’ in dimension
- limited availability

INNER ROOM
- $150 per table per day
- approximately 8’ x 8’ in dimension

All vendors will be allotted one discounted Convergence 15 laminate
per table per day (one table for two days of vending = 2 discounted
laminates, etc). The discounted laminate will cost $40.

Vendor space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Submissions will be accommodated in the order they are received by the
C15 vendor coordinator, Colleen.
