Lindsay Lohan's lawyer has already told her client she'll be charged with felony
grand theft.

TMZ broke the story ... Lindsay will be charged as early as Monday ... for
allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, CA jewelry store.

We've learned ... Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, was informed of the
impending charge and talked to Lindsay on the phone Friday night, explaining it
will likely come down sometime Monday.

If convicted, Lindsay faces a maximum of three years in prison.

Holley could not be reached for comment.

Good, Sock it to her!
All the jewelry stores in America should make her stay out.

What if she had been that teenager the cops were beating the heck out
of, in Los Angeles? I saw it on CNN tv news.

So how many chances are we going to give Carlos Evstaves (AKA Chuckie
Sheen)? He has a top rated TV show! He can skate as many times as
he wants (until he dies).

But everybody is out to get Lindsay. Hope you feel proud of
yourselves.

Oh, grow up. She does this to herself, over and over. As does
Charlie Sheen, no question!

But for me, the difference is -- Charlie admits he frakked up.

Lilo just weeps and moans that it isn't her fault, everyone else is
just mean.

You post as syvyn11 and have the chutzpah to badly misspell someone's
real name?
Does/did your mom call you little syvyn11?

She called me Jerk. And re-read the AGC faq. Spelling flames are
frowned upon.

I seriously, seriously, SERIOUSLY hope that this time she gets
an actual sentence instead of yet another Hollywood parody of a real
