You don't even fry it! You cook all your ingredients, and you cook your
rice separate steam it or however, and then you leave it in the fridge,
like over night, and then when you cook your ingredients like chicken
and celery and carrots and mushrooms, and you just add the rice and heat
it up!
As soon as it is warm it is done!
Then add your green onions and your scrambled egg.
If you fry the rice, it turns into little hard rocks. Thats why you
don't even fry it. They just call it fried rice.
