AFTER spending years cleaning up his image, Rob Lowe has ended up in the
tabloids again. Star magazine reports the married "West Wing" star bought a
round of lap dances for his pals at a Clevland topless club called Tiffany's
Cabaret during a break in shooting the HBO movie "Proximity." One of the
dancers, dolled up as a Catholic schoolgirl, was Liz Brisbee, 20, a dainty,
95-pound stripper, who was later photographed leaving Lowe's suite at the
Ritz-Carlton. But Brisbee said she didn't sleep with him. "I would have loved
to have done Rob, he's real hot," Brisbee told the Star. "But I did it with one
of his assistants." In fact, Lowe's lawyers, who object to the Star's
sensational headlines, sent The Post a letter confirming, "Mr. Lowe did not
have sex with Elizabeth Brisbee." Lowe, of course, scandalized himself in 1988
when he was caught on videotape having a three-in-a-bed romp with a 16-year-old
high school student and her 22-year-old roommate. Star notes that Lowe's latest
encounter comes just days after he and his wife Sheryl appeared on the cover of
Parade magazine, illustrating a gooey article in which he gushed, "Sheryl's
love for me never ceases to amaze me. She's my best friend."
