(she wrote about it in her autobiography) that she supposedly conquered
back in the late '90s.

I like the Sadie Frost suggestion as well. I was thinking Tara Palmer
Tomklinson, but she is more of a socialite than a star and supposedly kicked
the coke habit.

I haven't heard about Nicole Kidman and drugs...other than botox.

Although I don't know where mammoth fits in if
it's indeed a clue.

KM came to mind for me as well. The only other person I could think
of who has not been mentioned yet is Courtney Love. (She's been
talking about moving to England lately so it might be of interest to 3
A.M.) Don't know how any of the clues would fit, though.
