Pisano, or paisano, without going back to see how this thread developed,
what has led a psychopathic freak such as yourself to post this trash to
rec.crafts.metalworking?
You're really making a mess of the message board. We aren't averse to
off-topic postings nor to peculiar opinions, but we become annoyed by
postings from other species. You'll notice that we have nothing in common
with the freak-show NGs on your list. If you don't mind, please remove this
NG from your future creative efforts.
Thanks.

Are you the leader of "we"?
I've been around here long enough to have a pretty good feel for the
sentiments of the group, which is pretty open, as I said, about tolerating
oddballs. But it draws the line at pathological mutants and other freaks of
nature.
So, just delete the group, OK? You look like a prime candidate for
discussions on gossip, arts, kook, and related NGs. You're just out of place
here.
--
Ed Huntress
Don't forget "there" and "everywhere". :)
Well, you can go there, and everywhere else. You'll probably get a friendly
reception at any newsgroup oriented toward paranoid psychopaths, for
example. There are plenty of them around. And don't miss the world of
opportunities you have in NGs that cater to failed genetic experiments.

Ed Huntress
Please stop trolling me. I need my beauty sleep.
It appears you don't respond to reasonable requests, so we'll just plonk you
and be done with it. It's too bad -- the toxic gas you're emitting still
hangs around, but we can at least put a lid on it.
Carry on, paisano. If they don't catch you and get you some help, you can
try the Social Security Benefit Eligibility Screening Tool and try to get
yourself declared mentally disabled. It will keep you in grits and
psychotropic drugs for life.
--
Ed Huntress
I have to agree with Ed. This crap has no place on a metalworking
newsgroup and I would , also, rather not see it here.

I understand why you are annoyed at Pisano, but why are you going out of
your way to insult other groups that he posts to?

There's a thread there that apparently has attracted him, and there is one
NG that is outrageously out of place -- a hobby metalworking group. It looks
like he's attracted to gossip, criminality, and science fiction. He probably
extracts the antisocial component of each and feeds on it, since
sociopathology creates a warm and cozy nest for trolls.
As for those who may have other interests in those subjects, I'll apologize
for lumping them all together. I was thinking of the people who might try to
have a genuine conversation with this paranoid freak. There appear to be
quite a few of them.

It's getting quite tiresome, & going absolutely nowhere, Man.

He seems to have some theory about the destruction of the World Trade
Center, and I suppose believes that arguments about under what
circumstances metal collapses are relevant to your group. At least,
that's my guess.
I don't see that the other groups he is posting to have any more to do
with the WTC, which I think is what he started with, although I could be
mistaken.

We don't want his drivel in rasfc either. And I am not snobbish enough
to assume that those with an interest in gossip about celebrities,
popular TV shows, or UK internet providers, want it either.

That may be why the thread got cross-posted here. But we're a pretty obscure

True, but he needs an audience receptive to some aspect of his routine.
Whether it's gossip, or science fiction, or mob conspiracies, there's
something he's finding among at least some members of those groups that
keeps him going.
Here, we can dismiss him in about one pass. Most of us have melted steel
ourselves. <g>

I didn't want to get into a complaint, only to ask him nicely (if not really
politely) to kindly delete us from his polemics. David Friedman probably hit
the nail on the head: somebody linked us in because Pisano was talking about
steel. Not that he has any idea of what he's talking about.

Blackbeard, the apology wasn't directed at you. It was for all the
non-freaks on those newsgroups. You're one of those I was talking about in
the first place: part of the freak show.
And to David: this is what I had in mind when I made that comment.

This book makes the assumption, known as democratism, that it is
perfectly ok for your neighbors to select individuals to have power
over you, take what is yours in order to further projects in which you
have not expressed interest, send individuals to kill people in your
name and put you in prison if you don't like it, killing you if you
resist.
There are people who do not agree with this assumption and it has
never been proven to be correct in a peer-reviewed study. While usiing
this text might do no long-term harm, take care to examine this
assumption critically and not just accept it as a given.
I am sure I saw this on a button, probably one of Nancy's: "There are
no normal people, only people we don't know well."
I think that the metalworking group is the one where Pisant should be
posting. Not that I wish him on them; I'm sure they are fine people,
but because they can most easily tell him where to get off when he
spouts nonsense about metal. On the other hand, they shouldn't have to
be bothered to do so.
