A friend gave me the catalogue yesterday. Given her Spartan/monastic
lifestyle, the goods are doubly impressive, particularly the fine art.

The bronze portrait head of Spencer Tracy-sculpted by KH just went for
$275,000......it's estimate was $3,000-$5,000. The acutal bronze head
is only 3 inches in height. It was said to be one of her most prized
possessions & always sat on her bedside table in her NY City
townhouse. She carried it with her on her travels & it can be seen
sitting on Spencer's desk in their last film together, "Guess Who's
Coming to Dinner".
