I kept looking on here to see if anyone else caught that or not....must've
been just me. But, this morning the Today Show group were discussing
regifting. Meredith & Ann said they were against it. Matt said he had done
it, when they asked Al he said I have been on the recieving end of
re-gifting. Matt said "yeah, from a former employee at Today." That comment
made me think that Katie may be as cheap as reported!

I re-gift every year. I don't give The Monster's dog groomer till after

Christmas. I give her $100.00 and a basket of candy, cookies,
candles, soaps, dvds and all of the other crap I don't want that will
lie around the house all year long unopened. She loves it and what
she don't know won't hurt her.

I don't see what the hell the problem is. The average gift bought for
someone has the same amount of thought put into as a regift. IMO.

You use Google for newsgroup access?

Have you ever investigated using Outlook Express as a news reader?

Perhaps AOL does not have a news server. According to this list perhaps
not - http://www.usenettools.net/ISP.htm

But if you've never tried Outlook Express I would consider it.

If you did try it and did not like it, fine.

In ninety two, thanksgiving morning, I was working third shift at Krogers.
Our boss was up in the office, watching us on vidcam, and on 84WHAS (the
station I listened too on my walkman during the night) had a radio contest
and I knew the answer. So I was in the babyfood aisle and I was a stones
throw from the butcher shop and a outbound telephone out of sight of the
cameras. So I go into the butcher shop, answer the question and won a
sweatshirt, cookbooks, jello molds, a baking pan and two free meals at
Druther's (a burger joint with good fried chicken and great fried taters).
I kept the meals and gave every thing else to my sister and (then) future
brother in law for christmas.

Another year, I gave my sister two (fake) silver chains that I got at the
Kentucky state fair for her birthday.

Do you get a lot of spam?

THIS FROM GOOGLE
If you post to a Usenet newsgroup (not a Google Group), your message is sent
to Usenet servers all over the world, some of which are controlled or used
by spammers. Spammers extract the email addresses from these messages when
they arrive on their servers.

----

Outlook Express allows you to disguise your e-mail address. For example, I
use anon...@cox.net.
