This country? What country? In case you don't realize it, usenet is
international. And while the US does have free speech, there are
still newsgroup rules and also ISP TOS. First of all, the post was
off-topic for the group. Second, all of this person's posts are
off-topic and they are nothing but a troll. Finally, I think most
ISPs might think that the subject and also the matter might be
inflammatory, and might be deemed as offensive. Some ISPs do remove
posters for posts which me be offensive to any group.

I am so sorry. I hope you know that many Americans, and MANY MANY Canadians
(of which I am one) think that the way Palestinians have been treated is NOT
RIGHT.
In fact, I know several families who sponsor young men from Palestine to
come to Canada to go to school, get jobs, and become citizens. What is a
shame is that they aren't able to live, at HOME, with their families, and do
the same thing.
It's a dispicable mess, and I for one, do not support arms supply to ANY
side... especially a continually-oppressing one.

Just know that any act of terrorism is seen as that - an act by terrorists.
If less-than-intelligent people want to paint all Palestinians as bad guys
in their moments of grief and panic, we can't stop them.
But if one email from a Canadian girl can give you hope that for every
loud-mouth bigot there are hundreds of quiet, peace-abiding and loving
Christians who want nothing but peace, love and hope for all peoples, then

the point is, israel has been portrayed as having stolen palestinian
land, and treating them cruelly. israel offered them citizenship in 1948
with all benefits attendant upon that. israel built schools. israel
sent food. israel opened their doors and their offered were refused.
