I heard Shania Twain had this rule too. Can someone explain this rule

It's the Principle!
It's pretty simple. They think they're better than everyone else and
should not be gazed upon by such lessers in such a familiar manner.

acknowledge anyone...so if you don't look at them, they don't have to
smile or say hello...it's bizarre...especially in Holmes/Plastic
