Refaeli.

The on again, off again pair, who split in June of last year, rang in 2010
together in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, capping off a vacation week spent south of
the border.

A photo snapped New Year's day shows the A-list actor and the stunning
supermodel having fun in the sun, with Refaeli apparently all smiles.

DiCaprio, 34, reportedly ended their four-year relationship in June because it
was getting too serious, a source told People.com. He has since been playing the
field while filming Christopher Nolan's "Inception" in London.

Refaeli, 24, who was the cover girl for last year's Sports Illustrated swimsuit
issue, has recently been linked to multimillionaire Teddy Sagi and "Gossip Girl"
star Chace Crawford.

Leo and Bar also enjoyed a "secret" romantic getaway in the Bahamas in late
November, according to multiple reports, sparking rumors they'd decided to work
it out.
