Roger is harmless. He's a junior high school science fair judge in
his full time job. He retired decades ago after writing a program in
BASIC for NASA that went nowhere (his greatest accomplishment).

Ignore him or tweak his chain for some fun.

The real battle over GW is right here on Capital Hill where I'm
posting from. And none of the real players even have time for email
or PCs (their aides do). And their aides are not reading this NG.

IMO the real battle is in Europe. The US never bought into it that
much, while Europe has a hostory of greenness.

Its the EU thats the big global supporter of this crap, lke the UN, it
sees this as a way of raising tax and providing jobs for the boys.
