$100B a year, just given to the scum of the Third World? Why bother
couching it in the cloak of fighting global warming? Why not just
admit it's just one more device to shake the West down? The money is
going to end up in the pockets the criminals trash who lord over the
countries the global warming kooks are pretending to help. The
parasitics in these countries already get BILLIONS every year. Of
course, none of it goes to the people who really need it. When the
West tries to control things like the distribution of food or funds in
these countries, the "leaders" scream bloody murder, they want it, for
their foreign bank accounts. Foreign aid is a fool's playground.
