Of course, as no actual cows have ever has mad cow disease in Spain,
or so Spain would have us believe, they must have caught it while on
holiday in England. The USA also never admits to any cases of mad cow
disease, blaming Canada always.

I find it amazing how similar the US and Sp are as far as their self-assured
