In the meantime, Gibraltar is keeping well. It has not become Spanish
and shows no sign of that. There is no snow, but a hell of a lot of
rain today.

Being short of a few bob at the moment, David Cameron might well have
been tempted to flog Gib back to the damned Spaniards... But for the
fact that the damned Spaniards are even more short of a few bob.
