Did anyone here see it? I gather the server was
pretty loaded.
I saw bits, had to rush off some 20mins into the prog due to other
commitments.
The "expert" was as usual as much use as a pork chop at a barmitzvah, like
many do, failing to answer the questions asked in favour of giving her
well-rehearsed politically-correct spiel. I would have asked her (perhaps
someone did but I failed to hear it) what SHE would do if, day after day,
these rogue macaques entered and ransacked her home. As ever, no credible
alternatives given in place of a cull. The minister was disarmingly frank.
Of course the enclosure for refuse works - but not if some residents leave
it unlocked, or if others couldn't be bothered to unlock it (when locked)
and leave their refuse outside instead!
What it is clear is needed is a police presence at the well-known sites (the
den and the upper cable car station) slapping hefty on-the-spot fines on
those who will feed and otherwise domesticate these animals. Don't get me
wrong - I love them to bits. I could watch them all day. But I respect where
they stop and I start. If I erode the lines of demarcation, I can hardly
complain when they take liberties!
I had perfect sound, and vision which lagged slightly behind the sound - NFS
