Today I killed a rare elite that I killed before and to my surprise he
dropped http://www.wowhead.com/item=86569#comments
It's an amazing item for healers but others can use it as well.

Wow nice one! I've never seen that particular rare alive sadly (seen
him dead many times), he's too near the Tillers dailies, but I'll
remember that for future reference in case I ever do get lucky enough
to spot him. I love these rares and their drops, some really fun ones
and the odd actually useful one like that one! Another one in that
zone drops an item that gives you the spell you'd get from a druid's
Symbiosis, handy for some classes at least.

I already have the one that gives me symbiosis, too bad it's on the mage
that gets healing touch with 10 sec CD and when I can evocate and get so
much more health I never use it.

Rogues get growl that transforms them into a 30 sec tank... seems mages get
the most useless one :p

Depends on what you're doing, I have zero use for Cyclone at all lol.

No, it has 1h duration and 15 min CD so once you get this item you have a
permanent flask on you.
