Now my hunter is lv69, didn't get any rep with Aldors or Scryers (I
wanted to do some research about it before embarking in any of those
quests, but haven't found the time to do it), haven't ever set foot to
Blade's Edge, Nagrand, Shadowmoon etc
I figured I'd take some time to explore outland, but i learned that
there's no point in gearing before an expansion (besides, I'm full of
"of the bandit" gear atm, so agility and AP are pretty good), so what
would be the point of questing some more?
Is rep with Aldors or Scryers worth anything? My hunter has tailoring
and enchanting, both around lv 270. Money isn't an issue, I've got
enough to buy epic flying.
Basically, what I'm asking is: do I stay with tbc a bit longer or should
i get wotlk now?

The choice is yours and it depends upon your motivation for playing.
If you like questing for questing's sake then it doesn't much matter.
You can't do all the zones in TBC and Wrath before hitting 80 so you
need to decide which zones to miss out. If you enjoy Outlands more than
Northrend then stay there until you get bored and then go to Northrend.
If you prefer Northrend then go there now. If you've never done
Northrend then I'd probably go there now so that you can do more of the
new quests before hitting 80.
If you're motivated by gear progression then you're probably be better
off going to Northrend. You'll go to higher level zones earlier and
gear up more quickly. Aldor / Scryers is going to be a waste of time if
you're only doing it for the reputation rewards. The most notable
rewards are the shoulder enchants which are beaten by the Hodir enchants
(or Inscription enchants if you're a Scribe)

The only point would be to explore the other areas. I think Netherstorm
and Nagrand are pretty cool. Blades Edge: I went through there once and
skipped it on all other characters I had...dull and boring. Shadowmoon
isn't that bad.
Your main problem will be group quests and instances. I haven't stepped
foot in Netherstorm instances in 1.5 years now. By the time you hit 68,
everyone goes WoTLK. It will be very lonely questing in these places.

All shoulder and head enchants will be BoA next patch. So Aldors and
Scryers for shoulder enchanters will really lose their usefulness. I would
try to get to 80 ASAP so you can start your rep gains.

Get WoTLK now...that's where everyone is. Besides, you can still stay and
do Outland if you like and won't be blocked at level 70 for XP. Someone
recently said they leveled to level 76 just staying in Outland questing in
all the areas.
