After the last patch, my objective window is once again locked in my
display. I have not been able to figure out how to move it in my UI. Has
this been changed or is it still moveable.

It has been changed and appears to be un-movable, but now you can sort
of disable it. There's a small button in the upper right corner, that
you can click.

I'm having the same problem, and I don't consider that a workaround. I
don't want to disble it. I want it to stay where I put it. :)
