It was time for a price cut and they need it most in Europe since they are
dominating NA and have no chance in Japan.

All they are doing is holding a lead in sold-through numbers in North
America because of the year advance on the market and the Gheylo3
hypno-hype jump. The lead over the PS3 is diminishing in North America
and the Wii will pass it by in a few months. It has to be disturbing
to M$ that almost 3/4 of its hardware sales are only in North America.
No recent console has ever been successful with just one major market
since the SNES. Plus the xflop 3-shitty is starting to show the same
pattern as the XFLop before it, sales leveling off and eventually
flatlining in its fourth year after hitting about 24 million, most
sales in North America.

Scrabble? All I have to say to your post is:
doltish

There, that is a seven letter word. I get a 50 points for the bingo I
just played.

So, the PS3 is doomed then, right Blig?

Please tell the world exactly what markets the PS3 is dominating in.
How about NONE? Everything is trailing to the Wii EVERYWHERE.

Upon what basis do you have hope in the PS3, if you consider the 360
is doomed?

Expect another price cut for NA just before GTA is out. OXM has been
saying this for about 6 months, that a price drop will occur close to
GTA IV release date.

Pay no attention to bilgemerk. This stupid asshole perkoff throws its
immature spamtrums because it's the PoS3tard version of Cooper Lawrence.

Once again you show your penchant for misunderstanding numbers. At
this point in its lifetime, the Xbox had almost 4 million less units
sold worldwide than the Xbox 360.

The Xbox 360 will most likely surpass its predecessor's lifetime total
before the end of this, the 360's third, year at which point the
Playstation 3 will likely not yet have even halved its trailing
deficit.

This is probably where you start crowing about how the Playstation 3
is right on track with the Playstation 2 and I once again smack that
wholly false statement right back up your ass with actual official
numbers from Sony that prove otherwise.

Even money it is a bundle deal with GTA IV instead of a price drop.

If that's the case, then MS is banking on selling the hardware based solely
on this game. It will sell consoles, but I bet that will wear thin within a
few weeks and go right back to the sales they have now. They need a real
price drop for just the console. One thing that concernes me, is if this get
others to adopt to the 360 in with really good results and the sales are
strong, will it have the negative effect on XBL as it did with the last
holiday season when it was shit for like 6 weeks until they got more
servers.

There's been rumors of Microsoft coming out with a 360 that includes a
60GB hard drive - maybe even replacing the current Pro model with this
one. (too bad they won't just bump the 20GB Pro down to the new Arcade,
and then make the Pro have this new 60GB drive...)

Apparently, you really like demonstrating you are a nitwit, alMIGHTY
Nitwit. Worldwide, the PS3 is now tracking the same sales curve as the
PS2. I never said the sales curves were *exactly* identical since the
PS2 is still selling in large numbers and the Wii is offsetting the
distribution. The Sony PS3 and the Sony PS2 and the Sony PSP combined
are doing very well for Sony and that is all that counts.

I really have to laugh since it was the psycho-schizo xflop fanbitches
that spent months ridiculing the Wii at first, then when Wii sales
started taking off, we started seeing the ridiculous Wii360 term,
again spearheaded by the dumbshit xflop fanbitches in some vain hope
the xflop 3-shitty would be coupled with the Wii, and now the
continuous reminder the Wii is number one, as if there was any
relevance to that. The PS3 has not even been out for two full years
and sales are increasing, unlike the xflop 3-shitty that is going into
its 3rd year with sales starting to slump.
