If your getting killed by suicide bombers now you know why. Sony is not
doing anything but IW is banning people on PS3 side. IMO MS is going a bit
to far. banning from all of XBL for an expoit that doesn't require hacks or
anything like that. If its that bad they have a patch out by now.

E-mailing Activision support is about the only way, so I've heard.

I'm not seeing it at all in Hardcore. My nephew says it's rampant in
regular mode.

I've not seen it yet in any game type.

I don't think cheaters should be banned, I think they should have
their MW2 stats wiped clean. I am nearing 4 days played on MW2 and I
see this exploit being used a lot now. It absolutely ruins the online
experience for all. IMO people should get a slap on the wrist the 1st
time but 2nd or 3rd time offenders should have their accounts
permanently banned. I don't pay $50 a year to have my online
experience ruined by kids that shouldn't be playing an M rated game to
begin with.

I usually play during the day just to avoid the kids online. They ruin
gaming for adults. Kids are the single biggest reason why I hate Halo
online and it sux IW made this game so child oriented now that all
those punk assholes have now migrated to COD.

Try this:

I've got some of these guys on my Friends list.

It definitely sucks getting in a game with squeaky-voiced little kids.
Bad parenting for sure.

So is IW planning to fix the Javelin exploit, or is it there to stay?

if the game allows you to do it without any hacking of any sort needed, i
don't see how a ban can be justified - it's obviously an oversight on the
designer's part.
they just need to issue a patch - before then, i can't see how they can ban
folk for finding the game lets them do something.

Ban campers while they're at it. :)

Should be fixed in the next patch 1.6 for the PS3 version.

Often times I'll hear a guy running behind me, so I'll duck around a corner
and wait for him to come through.. work every time.. does that make me a
camper? lol

Nah I wouldn't call that camping, that's just being really aware of

No, that's the sweetest of all kills. :)
I love doing that.

I also love that there are people who are clueless to how important
audio is in the game. They either don't listen because they're so
intent on looking through their scope, or they go blindly running up the
stairs or around the corner without realizing how much noise it makes.

I couldn't wait to get Dead Silence (now Ninja Pro).
I don't know if I will presitge, just because I love running silent.

I never Prestiged in the first MW. I enjoyed having everything unlocked.
Right now there's a select few players out there that have the marathon and
light weight perks on, and they literally run circles around you while
you're trying to shoot them. And it generally ends with you being knifed.
LOL.

Somethings about MW2 now that makes me steer clear of MP mode, every

MW2 just seems like one big newb-tastic game for me, where the best
players use some sort of glitch exploit to win .

Add in all of the ridiculous perks and it feels like a cheaters
convention.

Maybe I'll get back into MP mode after all the dust has settled and
the core fans are still hanging around while the glitching Timmy's
have moved on to the next twitch FPS.

I remember jumping into L4D1 really late and the quality of player was
much better. Right now L4D2 seems like every lobby has someone asking
if anyone knows about the new glitch.

I kinda miss the more tactical approach to gaming and not relying on
setting up the perfect custom kill streak bonus loadout.

When your sitting back letting the AI get the rest of the kills it
reduces the immersion for me.

It's just a game afterall and meant to be fun , but glitches exploits
and ridiculous kill streak perks kill the MP mode for me, even if I'm
getting all the kills and winning every match I feel like I didn't
really earn it .

Is it because it's so much like Tomb Raider? :)
