(Wired) - ..who's really going to buy the beautiful but
pricey PSPgo? (Amazon.com: http://xrl.us/PSPGo ) Only
someone smitten by a case of gotta-have-it-itis. The rest
of us should sit tight and wait for Sony's hype machine to
pass us by, or at least lower its prices a bit..

Huh? "Beautiful"? Aesthetically the psp-go is a clunky-ass mess; it
looks like it was designed by committee mainly concerned with checking
off items on a feature list. The original PSP is far sexier.

It's a bit hard to judge without using one, but the psp-go also looks
worse ergonomically -- kind of unbalanced, with the controls all near
the very bottom, but with the huge heavy screen far away where it's hard
to support with your hands down near the controls -- and with sliding is
probably bad for reliability (tho the lack of a UMD drive is good for
that).

All in all, very meh. Not inspired.
