Due to lack of software, I decided to ebay my PlayStation Portable
come this Thanksgiving. Before I get rid of it, which PSP Exclusives
do ye recommend I buy and play? The games I've already tried include:

Patapon
FF Tactics PSP
FF7 prequel (forget the title)

first off do you have a 2000 or 3000 model?

Second, you can mod it or use ChickHen to play homebrew games and emulators.
Believe me, it's a kick to play snes games on your PSP.

No idea. The serial number has "PSP1001" in it, so whatever that
means. It's extremely black in color (i.e. the blackest black I've
ever seen).

Ehhh... I've always preferred to play those old Atari, Sega, and
Nintendo games on a full-screen television or my laptop. The only
reason I bought the PSP is because a friend sold it to me for half
price, and I figured it would give me a chance to play the new FF7
game (which was surprisingly good).

Otherwise I'm not really into portable gaming. I don't have time for
it.

depends on your taste of games. If you like tactical RPGs there are a
bunch. I recommend Jeanne D'Arc

That's a nice list but it doesn't really hope me weed-out the
"outstanding" or "must have" games from the regular, ordinary stuff.

not a RPG player myself. But I hear Jeane D'Arc is pretty good.

You've only played 3 games and you think there's nothing on the PSP?!?

Of course you didn't say what sorts of games you like in the first place,
so this list may be way off target. Anyhoo:

Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters.
Secret Agent Clank.
Prinny: I can be the hero?
Disgaea (port from PS2, with extra story mode)
Disgaea 2 (also a port of the PS2 version, coming this fall)
Puzzle Quest (ignore Galactix, it's no where near as good.)

It's not broken. It's...advanced.

Go to Gamerankings.com and get a list, by genre, in order of highest
ranking. That should give you plenty of leads on games.

Many of the PSP games I've already played on the PS2. I just wanted
to make sure I didn't miss any "must have" exclusives before I sell
the unit.

Tekken: Dark resurrection a great fighting game in the Tekken universe.

You played the FF7 prequel, why not play FF7? You can download it
through PSN and play it on both the PSP and PS3, though I do not
recommend playing it on the PS3 as it look so much worse than even
playing the disc based game on the PS2
