Another Bard question.

Sorry about this, but I am a little new at the Bard" profession. But
all I want to know this time is can you provoke any monster or animal?
If not, which creatures can you not provoke. And do you have to have a
certain skill to provoke certain creatures?

you can provoke any none tamed/conjured animal or monster.
