fur and pelts

where the heck do you sell them??? I'm new at this but I've been walking around
with a full bag for like 3 hours and no shop keeper will buy them....help!?!?

Fur and pelts are useless if you just want to sell them as is. Try
tailoring and make something with them, that'll get you some good monry.
Otherwise just stick with picking up hides.

Britian and Tristan (sp?) both have stores that buy furs (1gp@), signs says
"Best Furs in Town" or something. Use a Sewing kit to make Armor, but you
need a lot of the "same" fur to do so, I don't think you can mix and match
furs types.

You can't make leather amour from furs. All you can do is sell it. (If
you're lucky and find an npc that will actually buy it that is.)

You can however make leather armour from Hides, providing that you have (a)
Tailoring skill and (b) a sewing kit. Great Hart, hind, cow, bull and goat
all provide Hides.
