OT: Posts don't show up

For some reason, my posts never show up under Rumpel's threads. Wonder what
the problem could be?

I don't know that I can help, but I have heard someone complain of the same
thing, but in another group with other posters. I wish I could remember
where!

Is it just when you reply to Rumpel? I mean, can you reply to other people
in the thread started by Rumpel, or is the whole thread screwy?

Thanks kat. I can't reply to Rumpel. I noticed some of my replies to others
in Rumpel's thread are coming through but some are not. Seems like I read
somebody posting about this sort of thing but like you, I can't remember
where or when. I just noticed this problem when Rumpel started posting maybe
a week ago.

I just tried retrieving and got "no new posts". Feck, I think my feed
is messed up too.

That happens once in a while in another group I post in. A man from
Ottawa has his posts disappear from some servers, but obviously not all,
because when someone does respond to his post and quotes it, then the
rest of us see it. When it happens, it usually lasts about a week or
so, then stops as mysteriously as it started. Just to be on the safe
side, the posters in that group have gotten used to responding to
everything the man posts, if only so the content of his post will show
up on all servers.
