Okay, truthfully we haven't any grass growing yet in my neck of the woods,
and the only birdsong I hear is resonating in the empty space between my
ears but, the staff here at LIU does have a bad case of spring fever and to
celebrate we're having an awesome Spring Fling Landscape Design contest!
Think you can design the perfect outdoor environment for Sims? If you have a

What do you need to create that perfect landscape? Plants, of course...and
we've got 'em! Froggluver, Pegalu, Ohmikeghod, Cravze, and Java Mama went a
little landscape crazy and designed dozens of flowers, shrubs, trees and
lights. It's a virtual plant extravaganza this time around and it's all for
you!
Room dividers, walls and rugs...oh my! I know, it's a cheap opener, but it
does accurately describe many of the goodies we have for you. Cravze and
Ohmikeghod get credit for making fabulous Celtic, contemporary, traditional
and modern rugs. Ohmikeghod offers up his latest automotive creation, a
Ferrari, as well as a half dozen room dividers in springy pastel shades.
Cravze continues his Audubon bird study series with seven new bird
paintings, as well as ship sketches, gorgeous and tasteful studies of women
and a couple of Native American wall hangings.
Northerkat, Froggluver, and Cravze designed 100 new walls this time, and
just in time for your Sims spring spruce-up. There really is a little
something for everyone, and you'll even find a few floors by Cravze and
Froggluver to match! Our little Froggy was truly inspired and even designed
a few roofs, just in case you needed, or wanted, a bit more variety!
Looking for a new downtown shop ? Check out the awesome new shoe store Blue
Jeans created! The set includes cool displays, accessories, seating, wall
hangings, windows, walls, floors, and a brand new NPC counter person to run

new NPC's.
Our skins section is also experiencing phenomenal growth this time around
with Crystal Dreamers new Rubenesque skin series. These skins are dynamite
and there are 50 of them to enchant and delight! (I know, that was really
bad, but what can you do?) Slim has added 5 hot new skins to the mix,
including one he calls his Gothic Voodoo Babe. They are all awesome! Where
else can you find so many skins in a single update?
Most of you know that we update every other Saturday night between 7:00pm
and 9:00pm but did you know that you can chat with members of the staff on
update nights too? It's an opportunity for you to tell your favorite creator
what you like, ask questions about object, wall/floor, and skin design, or
just hang out and have some fun! Just go to Livin-It-Up and click on talk,
