like the subject line says, I was wondering if any comprehensive archives of the PW! stories and the like? cause sofar about all I've found is 'the pokewars battle chart' and that may be from sometime in the beinging but it only has maybe 2 months worth of stories from 99.

FireRed question about finding Raicune

So, I'm replaying Pokemon FireRed and have beaten the Elite 4. I want to capture the legendary dog Raicune. I have a pokemon with sweet scent, which is at a Lv 30+. I go to a grassy area, use a max repel to keep away all the pokemon in that area under lv 30, then use sweet scent . Instead of seeing the legendary dog, I see lv 3 and 4 pokemon.... more »

Anyone else find it odd that Piplup had to use Bide to cancel his own evolution, and this was giving him health issues? This strikes me as inconsistent with how evolution cancelling was handled in previous episodes.
