Ranger Spells

I'm a novice gamer at best. I've just started playing NWN and i create a
ranger with the recomended attributes. I am now level 4 and i still haven't
figured out how to cast Ranger spells. Should i be able to do this at level
4? My wisdom is 13. Is that too low? Any suggestions would be great.

NWN? Or NWN2? In NWN, rangers normaly start spellcasting at level 7, iirc.

I'm playing a ranger in Undrentide and she didn't get any spells until I
believe 6th level...rangers just don't get that many spells is
all..they're more fighter types..if you want a fighter elf that casts
spells, go druid instead...that way you have a lot of the same feats
rangers do but get to throw spells form day one rahter than wait.
Rangers also don;t get the cantrips. There is a chart in the NWN guide
that lists the spells and when they get them for each category...I think
that chart is also up on the wiki..

Right. While rangers can have a few spiffy abilities once they aquire a
few levels, they're far more fighter than spellcaster. The wiki Katy

(That's assuming it is NWN and not NWN2, you're talking about.)
