Dave,

Do you still have contacts in the County Clerks office? Years ago you
sent me a copy of my DD 214 (got burned up in the fire) and I need a
copy for some activity with the VA. I can get it from the US Gov but
will take months for the paperwork. Couldn't figure out how to get it
from Erie county on line. Appreciate it if you could help.

All fine here...BA still struggling a bit.

Hope you had a great BD. Looking forward to the reunion!

Love to you both

Bob

Bob, I think you posted what was supposed to be a private email, maybe?

Yep, happens to me occasionally. That dang Outhouse Express. I forget
to move back to Inbox from Usenet and my personal email is sent out as a
post to the group I'm on at the time.

Could get even more interesting when someone posts their latest "gem"
in a flame war as an email to their boss... :-)

In Outhouse Express it doesn't happen in reverse like that . A post is
never sent as an email when you are on a news group unless you intentionally
add the email address to the TO: line in the post. But in a news group the
"Create New Message" button is changed to "New Post" and anything you type
into it will be posted on the group you are on at that time. It Is easy to
forget to go back to Inbox before sending a new email. I do it sometimes,
but not often.<g>

Bob

If you're in Erie County, NY you should be able to get it here in just a few minutes:

Good luck

I could say "But you will be", but I won't cos you might take that the
wrong way... and because it would be stupid... :-)
