Mame .136 released and some questions

Does anyone update these days or do you all just stick with the version
you have?
I recently updated from .129 to .136 (Thanks Pleasuredome), but am
missing about 200 chds (which I probably won't bother to get.)
When did the chd update happen? Any shortcuts to convert them?

I update periodically on pleasuredome since I like to help seed them,
but I don't get the latest just to get the latest.

I update all my roms to 1.36 :)
There are lot change roms in 1.36. I don't want left behind...Nice to see my
roms still shiny and clean lol

I confess, I'm the same kind of guy.
I'm a true update freak, and I love to see my RomWiz telling me I have
only 4 incomplete ROM-sets :-D
I swear, one day I'll have all of them complete...
As for the CHDs, I don't bother too much. I sometimes try one or two of
them, but the games usually don't play well (framerate issues, etc)

To be honest, I've not played MAME in a while. Too little time. Rarely
get to play games period.

I have 4 CHDs for SFiii series but don't like it it load take so forever at
first time but now don't need them...under new clones itself without CHDs

I think there are over 400 chds in Mame weighing in at around 100 gigs.
They have been adding laser disc games too. Mame's roms without the
chds are about 23 gigs.

Maybe eventually I'll redo my desktop and get upto date with MAME.

The Joy Monkey site has 0.120 as their latest one but I have a feeling
a newer one exists out there...
