Lynx cart <-> SD flash card?

Has anyone thought of creating a cart ofr the Lynx that accepts an SD
card and provides a menu for selecting games from a list of ROMs?

(I'd, of course, need a way to extract the ROMs off of all of my carts.)

I know there's something like this for GameBoy. And the MyIDE cartridge
for my Atari 8-bit (that I just sold) was similar (except it was a cart
that connected to an IDE HDD or flash drive; along with booting partitions
as big disks, you could also install disk images into it and select from
them using a joystick interface).

It's also similar to the CDROM system for the Atari 2600 (name escapes me).
