[DMgenie] Creating new Equipment/ Conditions

Hey all. I am using DM Genie to run my homebrew Gamma World Campaign,
and I would like to create some new things, rather than renaming some
old ones that 'sort of work'.
First off, I want to create futuristic weapons such as laser rifles
and pistols. I want them to have an ammo requirement, such as a battery
pack that provides a certain number of shots. I will want Genie to keep
track of the ammo for me as well.
I am also trying to write script for some mutations. For starters, I
want the attack for 'Parasite'. The mutation does a certain amount of
damage, with no bonusus for STR. The atrtack grants a temorary HP bonus
to the attacker equal to the damage inflicted, and it lasts for 1 hour,
and can raise the attackers HP total beyond his normal limit. Also,
after the hour, any HP over the limit go away, but any that have
'healed' the mutant under his normal limit, do not.
There are psionic attacks, 'Claws of the Vampire' and 'Vampiric
Blade' but these do not do exactly what I want, and I don't use
Psionics. (Although, since Mutations are not part of DM Genie, I may
have to use Psionics to handle any weird mutations...)
At the very least, I would like to know how to change the scripting
for 'Claws of the vampire' to return all damage as the HP bonus, instead
of half, rounded down, as 'Claws' does now. I have **NO** Idea how to
change that, and would love to be guided in the right direction!
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated, and I look forward to
being able to post my mods for all to use.
