Has anyone figured out a way to set up the shortcut to indicate which
campaign you want to open? I've started using DM Genie to run my PbP
games and it's a pain to have to select a campaign and then restart the
program each time I move to the next game. Never encountered this
hassle when I used it at tabletop games. ;-)

I think this is still valid (note: I haven't tested it myself):
If you are a windows user here are the steps I have taken to create shortcuts for each of my campaigns
1. From Start -> Program Files -> DM Genie Right Click the first shortcut
2. Select Create Shortcut
3. Right Click the new shortcut and go to properties
4. Give it a new name for example <campaign Name>
5. In the target field add this switch and campaign folder path after the last " /C"<campaign folder path>"
If you are not sure what the campaign folder path is open the prefs.dat file in the DM Genie program files folder with your
favorite text editor the first line contains the campaign path of the currently selected campaign.
Below is an example of one of my shortcut target fields.
"C:\Program Files\DM Genie\DMGenie.exe" /C"C:\Documents and Settings\kca\My Documents\Personal\War of the Burning Sky
Campagin\DM Genie\"
