Table of Zone Levels?

I have been downloading maps, and was wondering if someone could give me a
range of levels for the various adventuring zones.EQAtlas had such a graph
for EQ1 that was quite helpful. Please fill in what you can...

Isle of Refuge (Levels1 -6)

Peat Bog (Levels 4 - 8?)

Down Below

Forest Ruins

Oakmyst

Cave

Vermin's Snye

Blackburrow

Firemyst

Tomb of Varsoon (Forbidden Isle)

Please put EQ2 in the topic for EQ2 questions, it will make things a lot
easier in here what with both games being discussed here.

Don't know the levels off hand personally.

Odd map you must have. ; p Does Everfrost connect directly to Qeynos hills
then?

OK, fine, one of them is indeed on my map...

In addition several of the zones not listed are there too.
