I am currently writing my own campaign and have written myself into a bit
of a block.
Can I ask for any ideas please?
Situation for the players....
They are asked to a conference to represent the "Good", the chaotic is
Amadeus, the evil is the Ravenloft darklords, and the Lawful the Ravenloft
dark powers.
They have not got a clear idea of where they want to go, all I get is there
over whelming desire to twat all the prospective delegates!
ideas suggestions please?
Ta
Mark.
I wouldn't consider Amadeus chaotic at all. If you study his music,
you really see a scientific pattern in the melodies, as if each note
were precisely where it was meant to be. Effete music snobs call this
being "predictable" but I think it was crucial to the development of
music at the time. I recommend using a demon instead.
But my solution to the rest of that scenario is to have the Ravenloft
Darklords and powers kill everyone else. Because they're evil, that's
what they do. They don't go to conferences to network.
Have them kidnapped en-route to the conference by a bunch of neutrals
trying to maintain the balance. When they arrive at their prison they
find that some evil delegates have been kidnapped as well and the only
chance of escape lies in the two groups co-operating. That should
give them some scruples to think about and deal with.
