Not to diminish what Baz posted, but this is my all time favorite
flash mob. It's a wedding proposal and the wedding.
From Fox TV's show, "Mobbed."
It's a little over 14 minutes long, and worth every second, IMO.

Don't they have to apply for a license and have blood tests before a wedding
in California?....And they would need her full co-operation for this prior
to a wedding?......Also, signing a register as well!......

A license is needed for it to be legal in the view of the state.
A license is not required to have the ceremony, but without it, they
can't take advantage of any legal aspects of being married.
I don't think any state has required a blood test since the
early 70's.

No.
She would probably need to sign a release prior to it being
aired on TV.
