I have no idea how to become a freemason. I am a 22 year old male and I am extremely interested in becoming a mason. I want to become familiar with the knowledge and secrets passed down over time. I am not familiar with societies like freemasonry, but I am extremely interested. I would truly appreciate some information on becoming a freemason.

Dear Mr Katz,
The best thing for you to do is Go to your local Masonic Lodge and talk to the members there. They can advise you of the procedure in your jurisdiction.
