Is the US too mercenary?

The instructions, policies, and guidelines at the web sites for most
of the servers across the pond are written in pidgin English, very
difficult to understand.

I could set up a free news server in the US.
(DataBasix isn't free)
But exactly why would I do that?

Do I need the abuse aggravations, the expenses and all the various BS
involved?

You want a free US news server?
Set one up yourownself.
