Can you be a little more specific? I'm using it at the moment and not
seeing any issues.
Is there un·filtered version,
one that allows, “ Content-Type: Text/HTML; charset=UTF-8 ” ?

You should be able to connect on port 80 for reading. To post, you must
connect on 563 using SSL.

No problem with UTF-8. HTML is only allowed to groups that state it's
accepted in their charter. The exception to this rule is the microsoft
hierarchy where it's allowed by default. Most of Usenet's exceptions
happen within the microsoft hierarchy. :)
I'm surprised there isn't a dedicated html test group, such as
alt.test.html but a quick search of my active file failed to uncover
one. How about starting some discussion about it in alt.config and then
issuing a newgroup message? I'd be happy to create a default exception
in Cleanfeed for such a group.
I can't raise “ News.mixMin.NET:80 ”, it just times out.
I don't get the “200” line ( i.e. the greeting ).
No matter, I won't use SSL and
I don't need a server that bans, “ Content-Type: Text/HTML ”.
