Problem installing up Painter 7 update

Can someone please help,
I have downloaded the Painter 7 update from the Procreate site and also from the
ftp. Both times I get the same message when I tried to install. I have followed
the instructions but still no satisfaction. The message is:

"The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executible you are attempting
to run has been corrupted. Please obtain another copy of the file, verify its
integrity and try again."

Sure I thought that something may have corrupted the file the first time but not
twice. I am running Windows XP...any ideas or suggestions ?

Helen,

My guess is that since the file is so large and takes such a long time
to download, it actually did become corrupted along the way.. even
twice. Try downloading it again, and if you can do it at a time when
Internet traffic isn't so heavy, the file might have a better chance of
remaining intact. Here are the direct URLs to download each file in the
Painter 7 Update, in case they might help (a message I posted shortly
after the Painter 7 Update was released:
