Iam currently restoring an 81 XE fairmont ghia 4.1 for my p's.I want
to know what i could do to get good power out of her and the amount of
power its going to give

what have you got to spend?
easiest/cheapest power increase is to get a 'performance' (I use the term
loosely) exhaust and extractors... should also make ure falc sound better
too!
I wouldn't look past suspension/lowering either. Wont add to the power but
if you get stiff lowered springs and good shocks, you wont have to slow down
for corners!
